[question] replacing screens
hi, i have a kindle keyboard wifi+3g with a broken screen, now, i can buy i cheap kindle keyboard with wifi only, and take the motherboard of the 3g and connect it to the wifi one with the working screen, my question is: will it work for sure? thanks!

i have seen a video in which it has been done, but i want to be sure it is going to work, cuz the man wasn't so clear in the video.

I have swapped screens between wifi and 3G K3 units. It works fine. I noticed that the K3 and K4 kindles had the same eink connector, but I did not try swapping screens between different models (yet).

well, it would be really interesting trying it, unfortunately, i have only 2 K3, so I can't try, but if some1 tries, or tried, i would be happy to hear about it.
