"Space Search" and "Skylark of Valeron" are both £2.99 for us, but the prices are definitely still propagating through the system - the sale doesn't officially start until 7th Dec. Still lots of books at higher prices here. Eg "Necronomicon: The Best Weird Fiction of H.P. Lovecraft" is £10.99.

Yeah, Necronomicon was $31.50 or so. Bizarre trying to sell public domain work for prices like that. Some prices coming from different servers, too as 8.55 and 8.46 presumably different days of exchange rate tables, for example. So will have a look again at the end of the week I suppose. Space Search is still 12.79. Ones that were 5 bucksish - the Dune books, the Rediscovery of Man, Norstrilia and he Instrumentality of Mankind by Cordwainer Smith, but not the Quest of Three Worlds, which is 8.46. Babel-17 by Delany, Synners by Cadigan, Eon by Greg Bear. When Gravity Fails by George Alec Effinger (but not Budayeen Nights, didn't look for others yet). So guess will check in a few days more. |

If they had also been eligible for Kobo discount codes, I think I would have been lost.... But I can resist! £2.99 ($4.99) is still way above my average price for buying ebooks. Last edited by pdurrant; 12-04-2012 at 04:30 AM. |
