It may be badly written, but there's nothing dangerous about it. It's fantasy, and doesn't have much to do with what people would do in reality.

I read it to see what the hype was all about and you see I read romances where the hero and heroine always get their happy ending. So I had to keep reading to see if there was a HEA and resolution for these two idiots so yes I read all three.

Yeah. I'm not read that. Ever. I remember listening to a book on audio called "Sweet Anger" and written by Sandra Brown, I believe. I got it on CD from the public library way back when and I seriously about chucked my CD player out the window. I mostly forget any bad or mediocre books but that one stands out in my mind. Not that it is anything much like "50 Shades," being, I believe (didn't get far), more romance than erotica but so, so bad. Anyway, I understand how you feel.

I know what you mean, I used to watch Days of Our Lives and when I realized it was never really going to get above cheesy, despite the occasional glimmer of something interesting, I forced myself to stop.
