Trying to get chapters and contents to work
I'm trying to convert a pdf to lrf. I've saved the pdf as txt and then tried to convert this txt file to lrf. The problem is that I am losing all the chapters and contents page.
Is there a really simple guide to using Calibre which will tell me how to format the book with contents page and chapters. |
