Cup #1 of Peet's Scottish Breakfast. I love this tea, a blend of mostly India blacks with some China black, and a touch of Lapsang Souchong. The touch of Lapsang Souchong doesn't overpower, it just gives the resulting tea a hearty, earthy, character. My favourite blend, though not my favourite tea. That would be a good Keemun.
