Not free but just got a price drop alert that The Landlord's Black-Eyed Daughter by Mary Ellen Dennis is just 99 cents! This is a Sourcebook that goes for $7.99 so this is a great deal and has been on my wishlist so I thought I'd share! It's a historical romance set in the Georgian time period and suppose to be based off the poem the Highwayman.
