how to download calibre and installation procedure for Debian 6.0(Squeez)? I'm on virtualbox. any detailed description?

Virtualbox should make NO difference at all; it just lets you run an operating system on a virtual machine. So whatever procedure SHOULD be followed for your O/S running natively will work for your O/S under Virtualbox.
