Touch sensitivity is waaaay better now, no more hovering 1-2 cm above the letter you actually want. Choices in spellcheck seem to be getting better as well.

It needs to show 100% fully charged and plugged in to force the update on your Fire with wifi on

I was at 70%, plugged in, wifi on and no update came through. I utilized the link that was supplied to download it and then had to move it to the right folder afterwards.
