Sparkling Lemon and Lime with zero added sugar.

Although I did have a regular Coke yesterday evening - and woke several times in the night! I'm not used to the caffeine anymore.

It has to due with the way microwaves heat things. They cause rapid movement, (friction) which causes heat. Unfortunately, that same rapid movement also forces out all the oxygen in the water, leaving it flat...

Try an experiment using freshly heated water from the stove for one cup, and a cup heated in the microwave for the other, and drink side-by-side. Tell us of your results.

By the way, this doesn't seem to effect coffee the way it effects teas.

I'm sitting with an evening cup of UVA, getting ready to make dinner!

IMO it does effect coffee, but maybe not so several. I can in a blind taste taste pick out pure water that has been microwaved and pure water that was heated over a a fire. It DOES change the flavor.

That's why I have a Keurig at work, and a Grindmaster OPOD at home for my coffee!

Dunkin Dark in me cup!

Hmmm... so in coffee too, eh? Good to know. I never voluntarily drink the stuff so I had no way to test it. What it does to tea water is a sin!

But... in favor of sin, I have now switched to Bombay Sapphire.

It really looked as if the dogs were having fun. The human too! Certainly looked like more fun than my room at the Holiday Inn!

There are places like the one you mention but they are close to an hour away. Living in a more Urban area, it is hard to find places that have the space to let the dogs run and many are concerned with liability issues. I would prefer the places farther away but am a bit too lazy to drive the dogs that far. It would be a two hour trip each way and that just sounds awful to me.

So true. The tea machines are awesome. I have not needed to use mine because all that I am making is at boiling temperature and I have access to that at home and work without having to do more then press a button.

Pot two of Rooibos Plum Cinnamon.

I have lost two pounds so far. It is amazing what going to the gym does for a girl. And only having a small fry so far this week. But there has been an increase in chips and salsa which probably is just as bad as the french fries so I am going with it is amazing what going to the gym can do for a girl.
