Text entry into an ePub eBook

Is it possible to create an ePub eBook where an end-user can enter text as answers to questions?

(I am thinking of 'essay type' answers, not just single word answers or check-box responses.)

If this is possible, info. on how to do it would be appreciated.

No...I don't think there is an eReader out there which will let you export bookmarks.

My solution is to create a PDF which you then make fillable forms so students can enter in directly from acrobat reader submit.
