Author, surname and givenname

Does anybody know how to create a batch to change the surname and givenname of all author who have a ',' in the name ?

You're looking for the bulk metadata search and replace feature. Select the books you want to change, bring up the bulk metadata edit dialog (either hit the E key on your keyboard or right-click and select the appropriate entry in the context menu) and open the last tab of that dialog.
You'll need to use the regular expression search mode. There are several topics discussing how to change author names through regular expressions, do a forum search for a phrase like "change author name sort" and you should find some helpful threads.

i don't want to change to author sort name, but the normal name.

is there nobody with a simple answer ?

open tags window, right-click an author, select rename, change it to what you want, press 'enter'.

Same principle, just select another field. Did you have a look at that dialog? It can do just about anything you could ever want to do to any metadata.

You're too focused on having some sort of batch processing. Either to it manually like alansplace suggested or do it automatically using the bulk metadata edit dialog.
