Well, what is a math related Poll without at least some stats.

While all this is meaningless fun, it seems to have struck a cord with the average posters given the following participation numbers:

For the first 25 or so votes,
this is the participation breakdown:

A) FOR SUB 100 POSTS: 28%
B) FOR 100 POSTS OR MORE: 52%
C) FOR 1000 POSTS OR MORE: 16%
D) FOR 5000 POSTS OR MORE: 4%

Actually the ratios below 1 are the only ones I worry about. It is always a good idea to have more karma than posts. Otherwise you are likely not being helpful enough.

I'm at 5.2. Lots of Karma for my level of posting. But that doesn't mean I'm helpful. I'm not. I'm entertaining. I would hesitate to assign too much, if any, relevance to karma. It's an interesting social feature of vbulletin but not particularly relevant as a statistic or measure of anything related to the site's overall goal(s).
