Love the look of the Tablet S-just looks so holdable. Not a big fan of dual screen Tablet P yet. |

I personally find that clamshell rather intriguing. But, again, not a replacement for a 6" screen. They'd have to drop the e-ink line completely then, if these two are the only things to replace their current 5" and 6" line.

When Sony puts their mind to it they can really put out some nice products. However, their ereader was regarded by many as overpriced, and struggled in most markets iirc. They may very well offer a premium tablet, but competing in the premium tablet category hasn't worked out so well for non-Apple companies. But ya never know: maybe this one will work out.

As far as dumping current readers, yes it looks like new readers are on the way, but let's also remember that the current Sony readers have gone in and out of stock and have said "discontinued" at various sites at various times practically since they were introduced. So take that with a grain of salt. eP |

I think they're just selling out the "old" ones so that they can get ready for the new readers. Not sure I'm happy about the plastic, but we'll see. . .
