I trained my cat to come to me when I click my tongue. Seems like I should be able to do the same with my kindle. One click for next, two for previous page.

"According to the new Kindle User’s Guide, “the microphone is not currently enabled but is provided for future use.“ Some folks think it’s for voice navigation, which could give Kindle a major accessibility advantage over its competitors. " have pulled kindle apart in the past is def a mic edit: also if you look around you can prolly find ways to use kindle as a dictaphone edit 2 : https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho....php?p=1425483 Last edited by SpookyMunky; 08-14-2011 at 03:51 AM. |

But if you're within 30 days of purchase, you can return it for a refund and use that money to buy the new version (or something else), like always. | |

Before this get too weird... Voice activation could be a godsend to someone who is physically impaired. I would never dream of making fun of that. I'm only poking a little harmless fun at those who have full use of all their appendages and still think they need something like this. But then again... everybody has different wants/needs. I think I should probably quit while I'm ahead. |
