Hi, I'm Kathy Carmichael, author, reader, mom, and often accused of being annoyingly chipper

I mainly write comedies, both romance and mystery, and I'm both Indie and trad published.

I live in the Tampa Bay area of Florida, but I couldn't figure out how to set my location. I'm just glad to finally figure out how to post. I'm happy to be here

I just looked at my post and I'm pleased to see I did set my location. Go figure! I also see that you're in Kentucky. I lived in Louisville for several years and returned for a visit in April I love the area.

Excellent...Louisville's a great town. I confess a slight prejudice for Lexington; I lived there for a while back in the 80s. Seems like a lot of Kentuckians end up in Florida for some reason.

Tim, I agree. Lexington is beautiful.

I'm originally from Texas, but my hubby is in the restaurant biz, so we've moved around a lot. We've been in Florida for about 14 years, so I doubt we'll ever leave it
