I just finished The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and I'm now moving on to the second HGTG book: The restaurant at the end of the universe. I hope it's as good as the first one

I can't see it on Amazon or Samshwords either and I have eagerly been waiting for this sequel. Now I'm all exited. I will pick it up as soon as it's released.

Of the now what's you've mentioned, the one that's the best of the bunch is To Kill a Mockingbird. And the movie is very good too.

All the better!! I like HHGTTG just because of the sense of humor. I'm not a fan of sci-fi. I'm a BIG fan of fantasy.

After I've finished the book I'm currently reading I'm going to see if the gift card trick still works with BoB so I can buy it at the US store.

I'm so tired and frustrated that I managed to completely screw up my reviews at both Goodreads and Shelfari tonight. I read (this time I've got it right, I promise) Tempest in the Tea Leaves by Kari Lee Townsend. Great cozy series debut. But I listed that I'd read Pleating for Mercy by Melissa Bourbon. That one's next up on the reading list. Both books released today - gotta love New Release Tuesday! Now if I can only manage to remember what I"m reading...

I hate to admit it, but I'm going to have to put War and Peace down. I've read about half of it, but I really just don't care about any of the characters. Sorry for the heresy. Just picked out Zen in the Art of Archery from my bookshelves. The last time I read it was 1981. It's very short, and I ordered a couple of fun books from Amazon yesterday, so I think I'll be on to something new in a day or two. |
