Why they don't communicate this through their blog. Would make it easier on them and better for us.

			1. I see they have again given Harry important information, and in a timely manner. Pure coincidence, I'm sure. 2. It's only "late" because they give us dates that they then don't meet. 3. Of course they should be communicating through their blog, their website, or emails sent to everyone. The key here is communicate with their customers. It's ridiculous to have to keep coming to a third party site to get information. 4. Based on their prior performance, I'd say that it will not be "right" if/when it's released. 5. I still believe very strongly that if this update were a priority for them, it would have been done a long time ago. |

Isn't it odd that you, I, others here are more concerned with getting useful information out to their customers than they are? edit: Matter of fact, it would take less time to make a blog post than it does to answer multiple emails, AND countless more people would have access to the information. It just doesn't make sense. Last edited by cmbs; 04-08-2008 at 02:21 PM. | |

I do have to agree that Bookeen under-utilizes their blog. It would be useful to post about what is going on instea dof people having to send email to find out.

Or a complete lack of concern for the customer's experience.
