Note that two kindles with the same serial number can be dangerous. Only swap, don't copy.

So I changed my DX to use a special offers serial. Two things:
1) I can see ads
2) ACTIVE CONTENT WORKS!

Duokan can be easily installed once you JB-ed your kindle and installed usbnetwork.
Steps (I left a comment on yifan's blog):
1) install yifan's tool to JB your kindle
2) install usbnetwork 0.33
3) copy all duokan's folders to kindle, DK_System, DK_Documents, DK_Picture
4) telnet/ssh to your kindle and run "sh /mnt/us/DK_System/install/install.sh", or put that command to usbnet's script("usbnet/bin/usbnetwork")

Well, I gave this a try, slow Saturday night and all, to see what would happen. Everything went perfectly, the 3.2.1 jailbreak worked the first time as did the 0.22N screensaver. All updates reported successful. However, none of the newly installed screensavers would show. My Kindle is a KSO 3G so I am assuming that their version of whatever controls the screensavers overrides the hack. Oh well, no big loss.

have you tried menu-settings-menu-restart?

I changed my dxg's SN follow Sir Alex's post 48 to some starts with B006, but saddly that my 3G net doesn't work. Though the active content works.
Have I missed some steps? Need I change the mac address?
