How Do You Get Unstuck?

When that happens to me I read shorter works (short stories, poetry collections) just so I can get something done. Sometimes rereading an old favorite helps too.

I think I'll be joining the TV route; I have been watching more than usual, anyway. I have/had the whole season of Justified on my DVR, plus a few other odds and ends from the past few weeks.
I tried reading a couple of short stories, as suggested earlier, but it didn't work. At this point, I think my stressing about not reading has made me too stressed to read (if that makes sense) . Plus I've been super busy with end-of-the-year school stuff, and have been coming home more tired than usual.

I like tv and movies, but all the shows I usually watch are on hiatus, and something died (literally) in our basement where we keep the tv. It's behind a wall. Right now it's waiting game to see when the smell of decomposing something is going to go away.

I'm sorry to hear about the basement. I hope you can get it all sorted out soon. It's going to be something awful once the full brunt of summer hits!
