Just Bought the CRAIG Android 7" Tablet from CVS - Page 21

WiFi in the Craig is 802.11N @ 40MHz that's very good. Mine always connected.

Does anyone have any solutions to why my tablet has been running soooo slow every since i upgraded to 2.2. and downgraded back to 4.3... it runs sooo slow its ridiculous. i have to wait just to go to the main menu.

I successfully updated to 4.3 and the market opens fine, but when I try to install an app it says "your item will be downloaded" however the download fails each time. Anyone have this happen and is there something else I need to do? wifi is connected and has great signal strength.

^^I think you need to go in and clean all your caches.

tried that manually and with the aacleaner or however its spelled. Do I have to have a micro SD on order to download, can I use a usb thumb drive or internal storage?

I'm not sure about this. How did you upgrade? Did you just copy the img file into the root directory, or did you flash? I'm not sure, but it might make a difference.

I've got a micro-SD card in my tablet, but I'm not aware that it makes a difference. What I would recommend is to clear your cache again, then shut down, reboot, and try the Market then. For some reason, it sometimes makes a difference.

i did it from the memory card.

so whats the issue with the (CMP-738a-Froyo-2011-03-07-rls-0.4.img) update thats on the download page? other than the "known issues list under it"... is it completely unstable or is it workable with? I just really want an upgrade lol.

Went back to Shad's 4.3 from Craig Electronic's Froyo 2.2. I decided it looked and behaved a bit better --- for now.

Hoping someone can help me here. Ever since the updated Kindle for Android software, I can't get books to load. It keeps telling me "Invalid Item". I even downgraded to the 4.2 firmware, and I'm getting the same message. I found what I think is an older version of the K4Android software, and now some ebooks will load, but not others. Anyone have this problem?

The only problem Ive had with the kindle software is that when i try and load one, it use to force close. So i uninstalled it and reinstalled it once more. It works now. Never got the 'invalid item' error though. Have you check the reviews on the kindle app to see if everyone is complaining about the same error?

I just installed Craig's Froyo 2.2, and the Kindle that came with it loaded my books that I couldn't load before with 4.2. However, I can't install my most important apps, Sudoku 10000, and Aldiko. These three apps are the only reason I wanted this thing. I suppose I'll have to go back to 4.2 until someone successfully roots Craig's 2.2 and 2 out of 3 ain't bad.

Any suggestions out there?
