Amazon and I have shopped at Kobo in the past. Since I still own a ePub reader I ticked both and hit the submission button before I realised you could only pick one. So I voted for Kobo but my main store these days is Amazon.

I get epubs from B&N, Borders, Project Gutenberg, Amazon and expect to find more sources here

Not an accurate poll without:

1. Multiple choice options

2. An "Other" option with instructions to state the store in the comments.

This was simple... Baen is the only one listed that I buy from. I also buy from Smashwords and Fictionwise, and a number of smaller/indiv. author stores, but since they're not on the list, I don't have to worry about preferred stores or any of that.

ETA: When redesigning the poll, check the spelling first. There's no such store as "Websubscriptions." Nor "Harlaquin." And it definitely needs at least one "other" option, possibly several:
-Other multi-source ebook store(s) (Smashwords, Lulu, Ebooks Cafe, Weightless Books, etc.)
-Other publisher-specific ebook store(s) (BeWrite, Samhain, Wild Child, etc.)
-Other author-created ebook store(s) (Rightbrane, Closed Circle, etc.)
