yesterday I went to a "tea house" - not sure if it's translated right - and try the Lotus tea. It has an amazing fragrant of Lotus petals, but I wasn't so pleased when I took a sip. It was almost as bitter as Panadol. I've never tried any thing more bitter.

I took a sip, ![]() It was all I could do not to spit it right out! As you said, as bitter as Panadol or worse! All the high quality teas affect me that way. I've discovered that the lower the quality, the better I like it! ![]() Stitchawl |

![]() I'm going to continue sampling this afternoon, but I need a latte macchiato first. Yesterday I was talking enthusiastically about my samples to my mom, and she told me I had become a real tea-person ... Guess you guys have a good influence on me after all

![]() Just finished a cup of Honeybush Chocolate Cake. It was a little disappointing. I thought it would taste a lot more 'chocolaty'. I never really liked Honeybus anyway ... Next up: Rooibos Glow of the Savannah. I really love the names they give to their tea

After I have ordered the whole Rooibos sample collection they got 3 new. Rooibos Persipan was the first addition and I ordered it a bit later. Rooibos Glow of the Savannah and Honeybush Chocolate Cake were added later. From all the samples that you have got, you have started with the ones I have not tried ![]() Quote:
