oh yeah, another rant to satisfy good ol' kenny i'm so short at 5"1'. i remember when i met up with a guy in japan, and he was sooo tall. i literally had to look up. but then again, considering my height, most people tower over me o_o; ah well, at least it makes me look cute and seemingly helpless

The verb "to rule" is not used in the present tense, but in the imperative. It's a command to Great Britain to rule the waves (lyrics as sung):
