Blank default cover
I am sure this can be done and am sorry if someone already asked this before - but I cannot figure out how to make Calibre not add a default cover image on all the epub I converted from text files. Is there a checkbox that says "do not add cover image"? currently I have to either browse a blank cover image myself on "Change Cover Image" control during conversion, or edit using sigil after the epub, both of which is kinda annoying. Any better way? Thanks a lot.
