Remove extra cover

I seem to have 2 covers on some of my books. I insert a summary right after the front cover page using Calibre. Some of my books now have another cover page after this summary. They're mostly different covers from the ones I've inserted into the book using Calibre. Is there an easy way to get rid of this extra cover using Sigil without wrecking the structure of my book?

yes, just find & delete it. usually its one xhtml file
