Any idea why I am getting blank first page? My content starts on first page and on first line and is of type HEADING 1.

What may be after that (cover?) will not fit when combined with the H1?
The next item is a H2 which might trigger a file spit and new page?

I use Sigil to fix (merge sections) little issues like these

Heading 1 has a page break before it.
You can disable the page break in W2E preferences, but you need to insert manually a page break before H1 in chapter 2,3 and so on.

It would be nice if this were configurable as to which H used this feature. I prefer H2 for chapter breaks and H1 for the Title page.
