I have the same problem at work - old drafty building. I've taken to wearing wool/cotton blend hiking socks to work - or else I lose feeling in my toes!

And i work in a beautiful, modern, building. But the floor I'm working is the coldest in the building, or so it seems (when I go one floor down, it's always much warmer there!) Probably something to do with that huge hole here, that goes up all the way from the 4th floor till the 7th... And as warm air rises...
