Kindle 3, Calibre, Duokan, and Font Sizes

Does anybody know the answer to this? I am using Calibre to convert books to bigger font sizes - any changes I make are reflected by Kindle accordingly. However, when I use Duokan, it seems I always get the same font sizes regardless whether I set Calibre to 30 points or 12 points...

You might want to ask this in the Duokan thread. The people with the most experience with Duokan post in that thread.
