That's not the same product. The one Big Lots is selling has an LCD while the Foxit E-Slick used EInk. The giveaway is that Big Lots is touting video playback, which EInk can't do.

We're talking about a totally different unit with a different size screen and different technology. Any reference to the Foxit Eslick with simply confuse the issue of what this device actually is.
