*UPDATE* I received a call from Sony today and they have been tracking this post on this forum with my concern about not receiving my PRS-950 and personally assured me that I would be getting my reader ASAP (won't post the date here to avoid confusion). I definitely applaud Sony for there customer service since this was a difficult situation..and they left me with the assurance of satisfaction.

I hope they follow thru, but I've had guarantees of next day shipment from them on two different occasions over the past 3 weeks. My current unit works fine so I'm not overly concerned, but I won't believe their comments until I actually have the replacement unit in hand.

Things i've noticed so far...the 3G icon is different...looks like the PRS-900 now the demo unit had a nice small 3G icon...it took a while to get 3G working like 3-5 mins once it was up the unit was responsive

Just got mine as well, but I can't get the stupid thing to register with my adobe id. Digital Editions never sees it when I plug it in. ARGH! Never had a problem with my first one.
