PRS-505 Unable to read ebook stored on memory adapter.

I have a Sony PRS 505. I purchased an ebook on epub format and saved on my SD memory adapter. After I inserted the SD adapter in, I do not see my ebook on my Sony Reader. Does anyone have any idea what went wrong. I was able to open the ebook on my computer.

What happens if you put it in the main memory, not SD card?
