I'd guess 5% is just too small when converted. Try a larger % value. If it doesn't work, open a bug report.

I've a question about List indent behavior. Normally in HTML when I use a UL/LI and the text in the LI wraps, the wrapped lines are indented. That does not appear to be the case here.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to CSS style mark-up that I can include to get this on the PRS-505 or is it simply not possible on the reader? I've tried chaning text-indent and margin-left and neither appeared to have any effect. Thanks! Last edited by mcortez; 11-24-2007 at 04:44 PM. Reason: Added sample test |

That's a limitation of the LRF format.

How do you get linked pics from html into the lrf?
I have a file with pics in the form of <img width=265 height=167 src="./szeleburdi_csalad_elemei/image012.jpg"> And the lrf on the reader does not include the pictures. Any idea what I might be doing wrong? Thanks, Moni |

What are the command line options to use to take an exploded LIT file that is now into multiple HTML files with graphics and OPF and CSS so html2lrf puts it together like lit2lrf would had it not been exploded but instead left as LIT with no DRM? I have 0.4.24.
What is happening is it is not parsing the OPF file. I did put in a ticket.. #324. |

Just make sure the OPF file is in the same directory as the toc file and use the --use-spine option pass the toc file as the argument to html2lrf.

Completely Lost
When I'm in the know I hate these kind of posts but I'm completely lost. I know enough to open the XP command prompt by typing cmd and then typing html2lrf. Beyond that, I'm lost. I tried dragging, the books html files (which are numbered 1-70) into the command prompt but that only opened the relevant part of the book in firefox. I tried dragging all the html files in the prompt and nothing, dragged the toc (table of contents) html file into the command prompt, a text file with a ton of code on it...etc. The OP just says "run" the book through the program...how? Sorry but while I'm actually decently computer litterate (I am in my 20s and build my own systems) I have no idea whats going on in this thread.
Is it even normal for the book to be broken up into a number of sequential html file with a toc file and a text file. It works fine in firefox but I don't want to go blind. |

Maybe you would be more confortable with the libprs500 GUI ?
Kovidgoyal may correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that if you have a TOC file, you can add it with the "Add book" button, then you can convert it, and it will use the linked html files. (by the way : welcome on the forum samu ![]() |

It should pick up all the linked files if you zip them all up into a single zip file and add it to the GUI.

I love you, you're beautiful! I had been making it far harder than it had to be, just pointed it at the zip file and it came out perfectly. Nothing happened when I hit "send to device" (the option stayed grey'd out) so I hit save to disk and then loaded it through connect. Fantastic! Thank you so much for your software and your help!
