Ever see a movie, watch a TV show, or read a book and afterward say to yourself, "I wish I had written that!"? That just how I felt yesterday after finishing The Murder of Roger Ackroyd by Agatha Christie.

I'm now just past halfway through Stephen Hawking's "The Theory of Everything". Not sure which one to read next. I still have two more Hawking books bought and loaded into my Kindle (plus one pbook). Although I may have to read something lighter inbetween. Perhaps a Jeremy Clarkson or two coming up next. |

The Grand Design of which I'm about halfway through. This is the one in which he says you didn't need God to create the universe. He goes on about this in the first chapter then launches into a review of classical physics, special and general relativity and now quantum mechanics. Don't know where we're going next. I'll post the details when I get there.

Am in the Middle of Reading The Devils Brood a very good Historical novel By Sharon Penman. Have ready nearly all of her Books this is about Helena of Aquitaine and her family. Might I recommend the Salt Road one of the best books I have read for a long time. |

I really don't get what people see in this guy, I've read a number of his stories and usually just end the story and shake my head. I've tried numerous times to read his stuff and it always ends this way. | |
