Venom? Funny, coming from someone who believes in a book that says all those who don't believe in it are stupid and evil - and yet justifies genocide. | |

Not trolling. Actual, real people worked to get those miners out safely. No magical beings zapped them into safety.

That fact that they rescued from half a mile underground is incredible. The fact that they survived for over two weeks down there with no idea that they'd ever be rescued is unbelievable - I don't know that I'd have the strength to do it. Congrats and a job well done to the miners and everyone involved in their rescue!!!! |

Please return to the OP original subject - the rescue of the Chilean miners. This thread is NOT a debate on religion! MobileRead Moderation Team |

I'm sorry-- here's what I thought you were saying "this is my thread, and I am therefore the arbiter of which direction the thread goes, and if it goes in a direction I don't like, I have the right to close it." It seemed like a pretty clear statement to me, did I get it wrong? This is a public forum, and all threads are "public property" (or, more accurately, the property of the dude that owns Mobileread) as soon as they are made. If everyone was allowed to decide they they no longer liked what people were saying in "their" thread and could close it down, I'm sure this site would have died off years ago. |
