I don't think so, not unless he is getting those hormone shots to make his breasts bigger. Besides I don't think poohbear would get his feathers dirty like that. Quote:

Unfortunately, I have nothing to trade for those accents. I suppose I could throw in my Texas accent I picked up when I was in the Air Force. Really don't need that up here in the IceBox, dontchaknow?

See, that's what I worry about when I consider starting to use diacritical marks. You "sample" that little squiggly thing over the n and next thing you know, you're standing on a street corner in a bad part of town offering you paycheck to a guy with dismal hygiene for one of those backward apostrophes for your a's.

In French, the ç (cédille) is used to indicate that the c should be pronounced like the S in States. C is normally pronounced like the English K, when followed by vowels A, O or U, and like S when followed by E or I. The cédille indicates that the pronunciation is S even though the following vowel is A (not sure there are cases where ç is followed by u or o). P.S.: yes, there are examples in the Wikipedia articles of çu and ço |

I found it interesting that in Latvian, because the lowercase letter "g" has a descender, the cedilla is rotated 180° and placed over the letter. ģ |

I could very well be wrong. I'm just quoting from the interwebs Academic dictionaries and encyclopedias. Quote:
