Page numbers imported as titles... :-/

Hi!

I have a problem with BookConverter.

I’m trying to convert a PDF to LRF, and no matter the options I change, the converter always detects the page numbers of the PDF doc as book titles, and book is quite large.

After this, book, obviously has titles that –unfortunately- are marked as 1, 2, 3…

So now I have a lot of confused numbers as titles

Has anybody a tweak to avoid importing page numbers as titles?

I don’t know if I could explain my trouble clearly. If not, I can add any image.

In the BD options just uncheck all the check titles checkboxes and reload the PDF. It should then have no titles. But that's better then too many incorrect titles.

Hi again!

I’ve been able to fix it.

Here’s my manual procedure:

1. Convert the PDF as HTML and open it with MS Word.
2. After that, check the exact format of the “false” chapters, those which proceed from page numbers. With mouse right button, look for “select all text with same format”…and
3. DELETE IT
4. With this, I have obtained four page breaks that I’ve deleted replacing them (^p x4 character) by “nothing”.

Perfect!
