whether they are usable or not depends on your OS. On linux, which I use, you press Alt+the underlined key.

Add URLs in translated text? or URL suggestions?

Many times I have seen the smart way of adding an URL to a translated text: "For help with writing advanced news recipes, please visit <a href="http://calibre.kovidgoyal.net/user_manual/news.html">User Recipes</a>" That is incredibly smart - why have other projects not done that before! Can e.g. add Wikipedia URLs or should I suggest them somewhere first? - Other questions (fill more in as found): * "Regular expression (?P<author>)" - shall I translate author? Not sure what you're asking? Are you asking for translated versions of the URLS?

Sure, that can be done, if you post a list of such locations, I will add them.

Yes, you can use the numbers. Better to open a ticket and post them there, forum posts can get lost. Note that it may not always be possible to add URLs, depending on whether the string in question is used only in the GUI or on the command line as well.

I browsed around the link, some of the sentences don't truly fit in French grammar and structure. This is definitely a nice community, it's nice to see the dedication of so many people to make such a project that much better. Congrats. Last edited by machstem; 07-31-2010 at 11:28 PM. |
