This is my 100 post.

I wanted it to be significant (for once ) so I decided to make a big (for me anyway) announcement right now, even though I wanted to keep the secret for a little while longer...

In the next few weeks, I'll start translating to French some of your phenomenal stories. I want to start from the start, and I was told by Queen Z that it probably is "Les aventures de Harv et Véra au Panama" (credit to Z for the French title!). I will open a poll in the next couple of days to find out where you would want me to begin, and in what order you would like me to proceed (though I don't think I'll be able to catch up to some of the most prolific writers! A name comes to mind here )

I am really having a blast here, and I want to contribute, at least a little, and to make all your creativity a little more accessible to the world! I'm so glad I joined MR!

Aawww, thanks guys (and gals) I've learned an awful lot in the past 1,000 posts and it's been great fun -- I'm sure the next 1,000 will be as well.

Thanks also to Alex, mods, and members who make this such a friendly site with loads of information. If I hadn't found this place I would probably be buying books from Waterstones and trying to manage all my books with the Sony software.
