Way Station is still at $1.99 for me at Amazon in the US. It's gone up elsewhere. This is one I've seen on sale a few times before so it'll probably come around again.

The Changeling by Victor LaValle is $1.99 on Amazon.
It has just won the Locus award for best Horror, but I think it's "genre" enough to fit on this thread.
It's been on sale since June 17.

This is an older book I read several years ago and enjoyed very much.

Sigh. None of Stirling's early work is available in an ebook edition in the UK.
