Hi fellow readers,

I bought my new KObo glo ereader today and apparently it got 'BRICKED' after the update. Connected to PC,started the Kobo Desktop software and after the ereader software got updated the Glo stopped functioning. It is now just showing a lit screen with flashing green light. Tried all the solution but none helps.

I think the only way i can salvage my glo is thru copying a original image of Glo on sd card. Friends it would be kind of you if i be led to one such image copy of the card.

I am using windows xp3. Model no KObo n613 kobo b.

Please just ask once. And in the right place. Multiple requests for the same thing are just annoying and won't increase the likelyhood of a response.

If it's new and a full charge and factory reset (done properly) won't work, take it back. Opening it up for the SD card will void your warranty.

Need Kobo Image Please And Thanks
Hello,

I also need a kobo glo memory card image if someone could please pm me a link. I am not sure of my exact model number. I have the back cover off but don't see anything obvious giving me the exact model info just chips with writing on them and a bar code sticker with what is probably a serial number. If the exact model matters please let me know the info needed and how to find it. I bought the kobo for my wife a year ago this past February if that may help. Any help is appreciated my wife really misses her books!
