You should be writing "SN-N905K2B102977". The "SN-" is already there. The next 14 characters are the serial number. Then there is a null character.

What didn't work? The serial number wasn't saved or the device didn't start? If the latter, try a factory reset rather than a simple turn on. See https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho....php?p=2788705 for the steps. But use the home button instead of the light button.

Serial was correctly saved, but device doesn't start... i see only blue light for 4-5 seconds and a blank screen, then the light turns off. I also tried a factory reset, following your guide, without success...
If I use the android image, my device works so I am sure there are no motherboard problems :|
