Not wanting to bother you, the not availability of the video to me might be just that on a scenario using Firefox, on a GNU/Linux distribution, on a AMD based hardware, it might be that HEVC/H264/H265 codecs on the open source driver won't work.
It seems a choice by AMD, as it would need the proprietary video driver, as it seems that while the code in on GPL, its compression is patented.

I suspect this may be more of a video not being available outside of a limited area. I've seen it a few times before and used the same solution you did of searching for the video code. It seems to happen more with releases from companies compared to personal copies.

AMD added support for H264 only video encoding on Linux through AMD Video Coding Engine (GPU encoding) with the AMDGPU PRO proprietary packages, and ffmpeg added support for AMF video encoding, so in order to encode using the h264_amf video encoder, amf-amdgpu-pro (AUR) is required.

From the AMD open source driver, released May 21st, 2025

AMF will no longer be included in the release.  AMF users are advised to transition to VA-API / Mesa Multimedia.  Some examples of ffmpeg use cases with VA-API / Mesa Multimedia are shown below: 

    Hardware Decode:
     ffmpeg -hwaccel vaapi 
    Hardware Encode: 
    ffmpeg -vaapi_device /dev/dri/renderD128 -i in.mp4 -vf hwupload,scale_vaapi=format=nv12 -c:v h264_vaapi out.mp4 
    Hardware Transcode:
    ffmpeg -vaapi_device /dev/dri/renderD128 -hwaccel vaapi -hwaccel_output_format vaapi -i in.mp4 -c:v hevc_vaapi out.mp4

AMF is the ffmpeg library layer that would be used for the video acceleration, decode, encode, ecc..

Imho, not bad:

Remix made with machine learning stems extracted from the surround mix and the vocals from the Matrix Tapes. It was a bit difficult to do because the live version from the Matrix Tapes is on a different key, being a whole tone lower from the studio version. I compromised by raising Reed's vocals a semitone and the opposite for the backing track, lowering a semitone in the case.

Then I'd tried a site that shows where a song might be blocked, and it looks like in the footstep's pics (so it could be just Country restrictions, but it's not explained in video).

Imho it might be that YouTube says "Video unavailable on your Country" when it's restricted by regionals poilcy, while it says "Not Available" when the uploader decides what Countries might share it.
