I've been listening to the new Delta Rae album "The Light". I actually backed the Kickstarter for it, not that they needed my help after all the Taylor Swift fans jumped on that bandwagon. But it did mean I got it early, and will also get the companion album "The Dark" early, too.

Finished the rest of the Dresden Files. Currently listening to Murder She Wrote: Skating on Thin Ice (Book 35). I have most of the MSW audiobooks up to the last two. I delayed on buying those as I want to listen to the first book written by Jon Land before getting the rest. He took over the series from the late Donald Bain. Anyway, the narrators change during this series, but they are all good. Some get the Maine accent more consistently than others, but I'm happy. Current book narrated by Sandra Burr. The simple plots make this a good series to listen to when you aren't feeling 100% or you simply want something uncomplicated.

I've watched a bunch of the MSW TV episodes recently, but mostly because they are a who's who of period TV guest stars and character actors, It's just amazing how many people appeared on that show. I've been so engrossed with stuff like "Hey, it's that guy from that Twilight Zone episode!" I have not paid much attention to the stories.

Do the audio books make for decently satisfying, logical cozy plots, simple though they may be?
