FanFicFare does not have any method of editing story chapter content. If the author has included those notes as part of the story text, then you'll have to use calibre's Edit Book to remove them. If it's exactly the same list everytime, you could use a find and replace.

FYI, the last calibre release included a new Edit Book feature I submitted that lets you configure Edit Book to show you the full pathname for files in the ebook. It's specifically for EpubMerged books / FanFicFare anthologies. See attached.

It is AO3! Winning. I'll add that to my personal.ini. Should it go under the site specific stuff, or the general area? I'm sorry I missed that - I swear I tried to read first.

Put it in the [archiveofourown.org] section. And remember to remove the comment character (#) from the beginning of the line.

The site ncisfiction.net has changed to an eFiction system. I will be changing the code to match, but old ncisfiction.net story URLs will no longer work.

The following sites are all down or giving errors when I checked them. If they continue to be down after a couple weeks, support for them will be removed.

Does anyone know if I update metadata from my saved metadata-column, do I still need to set the slow-down timer for Fanfiction.Net?

I would think it wasn't necessary, but I was wondering what you guys think?

Update Calibre Metadata from Saved Metadata Column mode doesn't go out to the sites and ignores the slow down settings.

The only reason I can think of why some stories (regardless of site) would take significantly longer is if you don't already have saved metadata for them. Then FanFicFare will go out to the site to collect it--with the usual sleeps.
