i go whenever i need to.

usually i go more to keep my back in good shape but sometimes i'll go specifically for my head. when i feel i need a visit i usually go once a week for a few weeks in a row, although for the sinuses i've never needed more than two sessions in a row after the very first time, and even that is rare ; usually one is enough. if i'm feeling a little off i ask him to take a look as a preventive measure, and that seems to be sufficient to keep everything mostly ok. i really hate taking antibiotics ; this is much better.

Not warm enough for the two year old granddaughters, but warm enough for the fanatic 7 year old grandson to be in the pool. The GD's had to settle for the slip n slide.

Thanks zelda. It sounds like it might be worth trying a few times to see if it helps.

This is not my photo, but it gives an idea of the waves the low pressure system brought last week (the same low that flooded parts south of us):

Note that this is Noosa Main Beach, at times known to be a millpond when it comes to surf. At the bottom of that ramp on the right...that's Noosa Main Beach right there (that's the ramp via which the Lifesavers get surfcraft, etc. down onto the beach). You can see, on the left, on the edge of the boardwalk, splashes of water from those waves.

This was last Thursday. The surf then spent two days getting bigger.

Not much sand left. I think we've got a whole winter of sand-pumping from the rivermouth ahead of us once the swell drops off some more (it's back down around a metre/3.5' now).
