It’s the end of a stressful week and you’re aching to have a good time. Thank goodness it’s pay day. Oh no, rent is due tomorrow and you have to do the groceries too! Not to mention that you have to pay the day care on Monday.

If anyone is interested in cross-cultural classic literature, my illustrated book on Panchantantra is free today & tomorrow(i.e. Feb 04 & 05, 2013). It has 40 short illustrated stories and should be a good read for older kids.
Panchatantra is part of Indian folklore ("Indian:- as in the country India").

'The Interest Rate Solution'

Year after year, I wondered why there was so much turmoil in the real estate arena, when the answers were so obvious, at least to me.

As I saw my own savings accumulate, I had to find a way of passing this on.

As I kept pointing to this and that in the news, on TV, I noticed that it was drowned out by too many conflicting signals. Who is to be believed? Who is to be ignored?

Aren't there clues, major clues, just simply from history to lower the risk?

Of course!

Dozens of my acquaintances kept telling me '...you should write a book....'

So, I finally did; at least on a major portion of what's working. I'm saving more for a much larger project.
