Sure, you just press the Aa key and you can change the font size from there.

And thanks for the new release, proDOOMman! Everything works great now.

According to instructions,I install the hack procedure and kindlenote and other else.
Update -Restart-open kindle note,the e-reader say:
"The permissions to open the requested title have an invalid date.Please contact customer service."
How to settle down the problem?

I‘ve got the same message when I first open the kindlenote. I restarted it again, and now it said " An error occurred openning the title."

Before the kindlenote, I had installed Chinese input hack. Any idea? Thanks

Hey,
I'm having issues with the installation.

i installed jailbreak, the new version is "update_jailbreak_0.6.N_k3w_install.bin"
-updated it
-inserted "update dev-key" at the bottom of "linkjail/etc/whitelist"
-downloaded your file, and changed its name to "update_key-dev_0.6.N_k3w_install.bin" and 0.2.N as well
-tried to "update", but the menu only offers "restart" so i chose that.
system restarts
then it prompts: update not successful, error 3, press 3 to reboot.
i do that, and when i try to run the program, it says "the device is not registered as a Test kindle to run this title....."

any idea on how i could fix this??>

p.s. as i mentioned i tried both to change the name to the version 0.2.N and 0.6.N

ok I solved it...i didn't extract the desired file, but i just changed its name

working fine now!

you have no idea on how much i tried to get the notepad app...but is not available outside the us...
well..thanx proDOOMman for offering it free to everyone!

My jailbreak version is 0.7.N, and I only found the bin named "update_dev-key_0.3.N_k3w_install". May I know which one you have exacted to your kindle?Thanks in advance.

You need too extract kindlenote.azw2 to your kindle

yes, I had put the kindlenote.azw2 in documents folder, no luck, maybe there is sth else wrong.

In 'Settings-Device Time' part ,allow set hour and minute,may not change day-month-year.
By Input "@time" of home page,time is 2010-7-30 4:30P.M.
How to correct the timer of day ?

Is it an option to have this developer key without using usb networking hack in other kindlets for example snake game?
I would like to have it in *bin file like here.
I'm not that pro to do that with usbnt hack
