There is no loooong summer holiday here...only schools and universities have that. However, many europeans do go on vacation in summer, so...

Most Europeans go on summer holliday for about three weeks.
Schools and universities have -in Holland- 7 weeks.
Last week the school summer holliday started in the southern region of Holland, where Eindhoven is.
Most companies are still "open for business" and wont close for the hollidays for a few weeks yet and only small companies close for 3 weeks.
UPS will stay in business for the summer

Yes we do!!!

@ Riocaz: Ofcourse not, we were on holiday so we couldn't tell you.

@ Ali: Erm.. take some time off and think about it?

One thing that always helps is sitting down with your legs wrapped around yourself in the most uncumfortable way you can find, lay down your hands and make a rude gesture at the same time, close your eyes and try to look like you know what you are doing.
Start humming in a low voice... OOOOOOooooooooooMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmm!

Now be prepared to be carried away by some nice gentlemen all dressed in white and be taken for an extended holiday.
Do not panic, the long sleeves are part of the package.

See? That's the problem with living on a nice island... everybody comes for their holidays here, and we don't get any! (well, till everybody's gone away again).

What all of us would interest is the status "BILLING INFORMATION RECEIVED" or "ORIGIN SCAN"

That shows if the packet was already picked up (which could implement that they really have devices ...) and they are to lazy to send out the UPS tracking # as soon as they get it or if UPS still has to pick it up ...
