Latest version in Android market appears to be broken for some epub books created with Calibre. Shows blank white pages for some pages. Yet the books work OK on other readers.

Later correction: perhaps a Calibre problem. Although the book works in Moon+ Reader it doesn't in Aldiko.

This doesn't sound like eReader issue but the book itself. I would explode the epub in Calibre and take a look at it. My guess is the style sheet or somewhere in the html code. Moon+ overrides these. I would use Calibre's remove Color style option that is found in Look and Feel section and see if that fixes it automatically, if not then you need to look at the CSS style sheet for color codes. If not there then you have to go hunting in the html files for the codes.

Thanks. I've gone back to an earlier version of Calibre and that seems to have fixed the problem in the meantime.

I've been adding my books to collections again, but even one book is taking ages! I'm using sub-collections, and I just can't open the sub-collection on the "add to collection" screen... The plus-sign simply is too small. I keep selecting the top collection instead of expanding it.

The epub at http://www.vmware.com/support/pubs/v...rver-pubs.html don't scale font size in this reader, while other epub readers are fine, wondering if it's a bug?

Nope not a bug. I took a look, the epub styles sheets is the culprit. These epubs are complex like none other I have come across. It will take alot of work to manually fix them. You might be able to try Calibre's new Style removal feature in Look and Feel.

HTC Flyer, which has a 7" screen. Yesterday was the first time I really wanted to install Honeycomb on it, so I could use the pen to select that tiny plus sign...


(but as I don't like that start-menu HC has in it, I'll stick to my Gingerbread!)
