Speaking of TV Dresden, I've been binge-watching Arrow on Netflix. Took me a few episodes to stop thinking of Paul Blackthorne as Dresden.

I haven't watched much Doctor Who, at least not recently. My last favorite Doctor was the Ninth Doctor, so I managed to avoid that association. I tend to prefer more mature Doctors so perhaps I'll look into Series 8 and see how Capaldi is doing as the Twelfth.

Wow!! Interesting! I watched Dr.Who from its re-inception with Christopher Eccleston as Dr. Who, through David Tennant and to Matt Smith. Then I lost interest when Peter Capaldi came aboard and I ceased watching it.

Correct, although they are divorced. Alex Kingston only plays in about 5 or 6 episodes I think.

Really? Then you have missed some of the best episodes of the new series. I agree about more mature though, I still think Matt Smith was too young. His acting skills and the stories saved his run.

Really? Peter is a very good doctor. Too bad the stories of Season 8 was not that great (with a few exceptions). I really like his style, it reminds me of the classic doctors like Pertwee. I hope this is the last season for Clara though. Can't stand her anymore.

It improves over time, I think its major downfall is that the main character is the worst actor of the bunch, but I still enjoy the show.

And the Dresden/Song thing is a "Sort of". They play a separated/divorced (I'm not sure which) couple and do not share a lot of screen time together. In fact, Song doesn't have much screen time at all. She is introduced either late 1st season or somewhere in the 2nd season.
